Raw Honey is unfiltered & harvested in micro batches which retain all of the pollen, antioxidants & amino acids that are lost in large-scale produced honey.

Crystallization: All honey crystalizes or becomes hard. To soften, place honey jar in warm water for a few minutes. Never heat or microwave as it will destroy the nutrient benefits of the honey.

Infusion is a process where we collect pollen and propolis and bits of bees wax from our hives and gently infuse in honey for 4-6 weeks in large glass canning jars. This gentle honey infusion absorbs all the properties and nutrients from the pollen and propolis. We do not stain any of pollen or propolis out. It all goes directly into the jar. The honey you receive will be loaded with bits and pieces of pollen, propolis and wax.
